Contact us, log-in help and your account

By the Adults.co.uk editorial teamUpdated · 2 min read

Almost everything is handled through the members help centre: account and billing questions, reports about other members, and corrections to this website.

Logging in

Log in at members.adults.co.uk/login. This website holds the guides; your account lives in the members area.

If you've forgotten your password, use the forgotten-password option on the log-in page and follow the instructions sent to the email address on your account. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder, and make sure you're using the address you joined with. If you no longer have access to that address, contact the help centre.

If you signed up through a VPN, or your account has been flagged, you may be asked to complete an ID and selfie check before you can carry on. Our profile checks page explains why.

Billing

Payments appear on card statements under the billing name shown at checkout. When you contact the help centre about a payment, include the email address on your account and the date and amount of the charge, but never your full card number.

Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. The prices page explains renewal and refunds.

Cancelling and deleting

  • Cancel a membership: in the members area, go to Settings > Billing.
  • Delete your account: open your avatar menu, go to Settings and choose Delete Account.

Cancelling stops future payments but leaves your profile in place. If you're leaving for good, cancel first and then delete. Our page on privacy and discretion covers what that means for your data.

Reporting a member

While logged in, contact the help centre with the member's username, what happened and roughly when. Screenshots help. If a crime is involved, such as a scam, threats, or someone sharing your intimate images, report it to the police as well. The safety page lists the right number for each situation and each part of the UK; in an emergency, call 999.

An error on this website

If a guide gets something wrong, whether it's a law, a phone number, a local service or a detail about the site, tell us through the same help centre and include the page address. Our editorial policy explains how corrections are made.

Questions people ask

I don't recognise a charge on my statement. What is it?

Adults.co.uk memberships are billed under the name shown at checkout. If you don't think you or anyone in your household signed up, contact the members help centre with the date and amount.

I've forgotten my password.

Use the forgotten-password option on the log-in page and follow the instructions sent to the email address on your account.

Does cancelling delete my account?

No. Cancelling in Settings > Billing stops future payments but leaves your profile in place. To remove it, open your avatar menu, go to Settings and choose Delete Account.

How do I report another member?

While logged in, contact the members help centre with their username, what happened and roughly when; screenshots help. If a crime is involved, report it to the police too, or call 999 in an emergency.
